Meet Dr. Linda Hippler

Dr. Linda Hippler: Family Dentist & Community Leader

Dr. Linda Hippler earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University in 1994 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Ohio State University. Beginning her career as a dental hygienist, Dr. Hippler emphasizes the importance of dental hygiene in her practice. Her dedicated hygiene team brings over 50 years of combined experience, contributing 30 years of service to Hippler Family Dentistry.

As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Hippler carries forward the proud Hippler family legacy, which began with her grandfather, Dr. Frank Hippler, who established the dental practice in 1934. Her father, Dr. Charles Hippler, joined the practice in 1960, and Dr. Linda Hippler was honored to continue this tradition by joining her father's practice in 1994. Growing up in the dental environment,

Dr. Hippler fondly recalls cleaning rooms and assisting with front desk operations at her father's practice. She found joy in interacting with patients and cherishing time spent with her dad. Dr. Hippler expresses her gratitude: “My Dad was my mentor and taught me the importance of cultivating lifelong relationships with patients. It humbles me to encounter patients who have cherished connections with both my dad and grandpa. Continuing those relationships is one of my greatest privileges.”

At Hippler Family Dentistry, the focus is on general, cosmetic, and family dentistry for patients of all ages. The practice is well-equipped to meet diverse dental needs, offering sports mouthguards, TMJ and sleep apnea appliances, and Philips ZOOM! teeth whitening services. Dr. Hippler and her compassionate team are committed to delivering high-quality dental care in a nurturing, inviting environment, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their experience.

Dr. Hippler is an active member of the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She is also deeply involved in community initiatives, including the “Give Kids a Smile” program through the ADA Foundation, which provides free oral health services to underserved children, as well as support for the Alzheimer’s Association and Relay for Life.

Residing in Avon Lake with her husband Mike and their children, Dr. Hippler enjoys family time, reading, and walking. Through her dedication to both her patients and the community, Dr. Hippler continues to exemplify the values of care, compassion, and legacy in dentistry.
